Three New Trucks Added

Although growing pains are a common byproduct of expansion, National Tube Supply Company (NTS) is not one to be caught off guard. The tubing company carefully monitored its growth over the past year, making strategic adjustments to its delivery service in the heart of the Midwest.

“Our business continues to experience double-digit growth in tons, line item count, and active customer base,” says Terry Flanary, NTS sales manager. “Our current fleet was becoming overburdened so additions became necessary.”

After seeing the steady growth pattern, NTS added three new trucks, increasing its fleet capacity to 15 trucks. The fleet services an approximate 200-mile radius of Chicago; contract carriers provide delivery service for the balance of North America.
